The Setúbal City Council participates in the event in its own space, in which, over the three days, it promotes, in an innovative approach, some of the best products in the region of Sadino.
On the first day, March 31, the Setúbal space, branded “Território com Identidade e Sabor – Gastronomia e Vinhos”, features a tasting of Muscat from Setúbal and products from the companies Cegas Tradições and Ostras Sobre Rodas.
On April 1st, there are tastings of bread from Faralhão and wines from the municipality of Setúbal, as well as orange peels and sweet oysters and samples of products from Ostras sobre Rodas.
On this day, also highlight, at 18:30, for a session of showcooking with feijoada with horns, promoted by Setúbal Pesca – Associação de Pesca Artesanal, to be held in the festival auditorium.
For the last day of the event, on April 2nd, the space promoted by the Setúbal City Council reserves tastings of Belmar and Cardume preserves in Faralhão bread and tastings of orange peels and sweet oysters.
Cheese, Bread and Wine, in addition to displaying and selling products, has sports and equestrian activities, guided tours and workshops, as well as a cultural entertainment program that includes musical and dance shows.
