It's the perfect picture of heaven on earth!
The deep blue of the river Sado, where the freshest and most delicious fish come from, including red mullet, used in the recipe, kisses Arrábida, whose flora feeds the sheep from which milk is extracted for cheese production, giving it the peculiarity to your taste. Red mullet with fried corn and Azeitão cheese cream is the second proposal from Portugal Bem Temperado.
This is a five-episode gastronomic and tourist promotion project, which has the support of the Municipality of Setúbal, the Regional Wine Commission of the Setúbal Peninsula and the Setúbal School of Hospitality and Tourism.
