The unique quality of the products and the scenic beauty of the spaces were the instruments of excellence led by the hands of Chef Mauro Loureiro in a symphony of colors and flavors. This is a five-episode gastronomic and tourist promotion project, which has the support of the Municipality of Setúbal, the Regional Wine Commission of the Setúbal Peninsula and the Setúbal School of Hospitality and Tourism.
