The third episode of Portugal Bem Temperado takes place in a place once forgotten by history and which is reborn as one of the most enchanting and privileged points from where you can watch, from the front row, all the beauty of Sado bay. This time, and of course, the protagonist was the cuttlefish, an emblematic delicacy of the city, which was transformed into Tagliatelli, in a dish that is as surprising as it is delicious.
Portugal Bem Temperado is a five-episode gastronomic and tourist promotion programme, conceived by Chef Mauro Loureiro and filmed in breathtaking natural settings. The protagonists are the regional products harmonized with wines from the Peninsula. The previous episodes were filmed at Moinho de Maré da Mourisca and at Miradouro da Arrábida. The remaining three will be released fortnightly during the last quarter of the year, exclusively on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). It is on the project's webpage and Instagram page, but also on the partners' pages, that the program can be followed. The production of these contents had the support of the Municipality of Setúbal, Regional Wine Commission of the Setúbal Peninsula, School of Hospitality and Tourism of Setúbal, Makro and Costa Verde.
The uniqueness of this format lies in the dissemination of regional recipes, but, above all, in the promotion of tourism in the territory, which leaves the spectator wanting to discover the fantastic city of Rio Azul. Regionality was emphasized with the selection of Fillma, a digital content production team, also from the city of Setúbal. Chef Mauro
