O AZCOOK - Azeitão Cooking Studio was born from an entrepreneurship project by a couple enthusiastic about gastronomy and for all the dynamics and conviviality that only cooking and tasting food can provide.
Also aware of people's curiosity in this area, the idea of creating a space with all technical conditions and attractive environment for both trainers and participants, from a perspective of entertainment, learning and innovation.
AZCOOK started its activity on February 12, 2022. It works with a resident Trainer Chef and aims to also launch the challenge to other actors who want to transmit their knowledge in the different areas of gastronomy.
the AZCOOK bets on practical, dynamic and relaxed training. For this, it has 10 individual benches with a stove for trainees, 1 central bench for the trainer and all the necessary equipment for the preparation and tasting of the dishes, proposed in a varied schedule, normally in 3-hour sessions. Has capacity for 20 people, with more than 10 jobs being shared.
And of course, all events culminate in a feast around the table!
AZCOOK was designed to be a versatile and multifaceted space, covering from A to Z the theme of gastronomy. In addition to the basic offer of workshops and cooking courses, in which the objective is for trainees to learn in practice, it also holds private events - private and corporate (teambuilding) -, in partnership, showcooking, and other formats requested in the scope. “We accepted a good challenge!” Giving up space is another possible valence.
